Website connection data
We use Cloudflare for website hosting and domain infrastructure for sedgeads.com. Connection data such as IP address, requested URL, timestamp, browser information and security events are processed to deliver the website, troubleshoot problems and protect it against abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure, reliable hosting (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The site itself uses no analytics, tracking cookies or external embeds. Sample previews are local files. This website has no enquiry form.
Enquiries, orders and production
We process correspondence and contact details to answer enquiries, prepare offers and manage orders. We process supplied campaign assets and relevant project information to produce the agreed ads. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and performing the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For business contacts acting for an organisation, routine correspondence and administration also serve our legitimate interest in managing business relationships (Article 6(1)(f)). Required legal recordkeeping is based on Article 6(1)(c).
Providers and international processing
Cloudflare supplies website hosting and domain infrastructure. AgentMail is our selected email provider. OpenAI processes relevant correspondence and supplied campaign assets for AI-assisted organisation, drafting and production under its public business terms, not consumer chat terms. We share only the information needed for these purposes.
These providers process data to supply their services and may process it outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. International transfers are subject to applicable data-protection requirements and safeguards, such as an applicable adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses where required. You can contact us for information about applicable safeguards.
Retention
Website connection and security data are retained only as needed for delivery, troubleshooting and security. Correspondence, contact details and supplied assets are retained only as needed for enquiries, orders, necessary follow-up and applicable legal duties, including recordkeeping and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Your rights
Subject to applicable legal conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and, where consent is relied on, withdraw it without affecting prior lawful processing.
